Sangyoung Song received B.A. and M.B.A. from Seoul National University, M.S. in Managerial Science & Applied Economics and Ph.D. in Marketing from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Hanyang University, he taught at Baruch College, City University of New York and Ewha Womans University. His research interests include inter-dependent customer choice, customer analytics, data science, spatial and temporal modeling, applications of GIS and machine learning in marketing, new product development, technology licensing, and firm performances. His research has appeared in Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of International Business Studies (JIBS), Quantitative Marketing and Economics (QME), Geographical Analysis, and Review of Marketing Science.
